DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
This service offers the reliable, safe and cost effective service. Our patrons will be driven by well trained, well mannered and professionally groomed drivers with advanced driver training. No other passengers will be transported in the same vehicle without the concern of the main patron. MY CABZ will endeavor to meet our patrons with a name board displaying your relevant company names or MY CABZ.
RATES INCLUDE:
• Vehicle kilometers
• Vehicle fuel and maintenance
• Passenger liability insurance
• Service of a professionally trained chauffeur
• Car seats for children under 5 years upon request in advance
PLEASE NOTE:
• Insurance does not cover personal property.
• MY CABZ transfer services are VAT exempt.
• Rates includes baby seats (upon request).
• Rates are subject to change without notice and rates will be changed as per the ruling petrol price.
• Rates only valid in Gauteng
• A cancellation fee equal to the transfer cost will be charged if the cab has been dispatched.
• There is no waiting fee charged however the cab will wait for up to 30 minutes for the patron and in a case where after 30 minutes has lapsed; MY CABZ has the right to re-assign the cab to another trip. Another cab may be dispatched which amounts to double charging
• Time based transfers have to be pre-arranged. Price will be based on both the time and kilometers
All bookings have to be made via the call centre. Any trip that takes place without being booked appropriately will be taken as unauthorized and the company will not be held liable for any eventuality.
