Make sure you have the following information handy:

• Contact details of the person making the booking and that of the passenger (incase not the same).
   Preferably a cell phone number.
• Pickup and drop-off points (full street address - intersecting street names if  possible and town).
• Pick-up date.
• Pick-up time.
• Number of passengers (special requirements if any i.e. Car seats for babies under 5 year of age).
   
Preferred method of payment should be clarified when making the booking:

In car payment by means of credit card, (signed corporate clients only) or cash (note that payment may be requested upon pick up, prior to commencement of trip).
Call centre payment gateway, Credit card payment via telephone (this is done at the time of booking).
Corporate account, for which only dedicated people will be allowed to make booking on behalf of the company and a unique reference number will be requested)

Pre-arranged bookings of MPV (Big vehicle) at least 24 hours prior, to commencement of trip.
