Sharon Tshabalala

Sharon is a black South African woman. She has extensive experience in the financial services sector; however the highlight of her career came partly when she was working for the Public Investment Commissioner (now Public Investment Corporation) as an investment manager in the Private Equity Department.

After four years with the PIC, after being exposed to various financial models for impressive business opportunities, she decided to take advantage of the opportunities at hand. Sharon and partners then started their own company, MetroCab (Pty) Ltd., a corporate cab company. They partnered with The Automobile Association of South Africa and together launched a joint venture business called AA MetroCab, which she was the CEO of.

Sharon left AA MetroCab after being part of the project for more than four years (from inception to launch and operation). She is currently the founder and Managing Director of Dikunyo consulting. The company consults on a number of corporate benefiting concepts.

 Dikunyo also has among others launched a Cab management company also providing the transfer service called Dikunyo MY CABZ (Pty) Ltd (aka MY CABZ). The company is majority owned by Basadi Letsema Holdings. Basadi Letsema aims at empowering significant number of women within the transport sector especially those with interest in operating their own metered cab business among other opportunities in the Public transport sector
.
Sharon is qualified with B. Com Degree. Has obtained Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management diploma and is currently busy with her MBL.

Emmanuel Machebe

Emmanuel Machebe is MY CABZ’s Operations supervisor.
 
Emmanuel has extensive experience as a chauffer driver and has been very instrumental in the formation and growing of MY CABZ. Having been a driver himself 9and still playing that role when the need arises), Emmanuel has a full appreciation the challenges the drivers face on a daily basis as well as the expectations both the client and MY CABZ team and shareholders have.
 
His key role is to ensure seamless operation from the moment a services is ordered to the ultimate end where the client reaches his destination.
